Dunsborough Sunrise is located in quiet, leafy Old Dunsborough. It’s just one street back from the beach and some beautiful sandy coves and the boat launching ramp that make this part of town so highly sought after. It’s also on the doorstep to the coastal walk trails in Meelup Regional Park.

Ships ahoy! You will feel like you’re the captain of your own ship here. A large timber deck and entertaining area means you can soak up glorious ocean views whatever the season. Watch the winter storms, look for whales, or check out the passing array of sailing boats in summer. It’s wonderful to be able to keep an eye on the changing colours of the sea, even from the main living areas and bedrooms.

It takes less than half an hour to walk into town for a coffee via a public pathway that runs right alongside the beach. Or stay closer to home and stroll on down the road to the local coffee van, Silver Bullet Espresso  for your daily caffeine hit and brekky.

This is a very comfortable and well equipped home. A large separate TV room is fully stocked with board games, books and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained.

You will also love the top-level master king bedroom and its private balcony and sweeping ocean views, as well as the huge enclosed backyard where the kids can roam and play.

  • Please note: the second bathroom, toilet and laundry are not under the main roof. They are accessed via the deck, down external stairs and on ground level.
  • The fire pit can only be used during winter months and strict seasonal fire bans apply.
  • A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach.
  • Note that the bedroom curtains and blinds do not 100% block out daylight.

Washing machine, iron and ironing board. The laundry functions as a combined second bathroom/laundry/toilet building. Outdoor clothesline.

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).
